HRMTree services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorized copyrighted or trademark material
• Obscene, defamatory, or threatening content
• Promotion of illegal activities
• Privacy or export control violations

2. Spamming

Use of HRMTree for spamming, bulk messaging, or deceptive communication is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination.

3. System & Network Abuse

Users must not misuse HRMTree systems, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform security or performance.

4. Viruses & Destructive Activities

The creation or distribution of malware, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

5. Pornographic Content

HRMTree strictly prohibits pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content. Violations will be reported to authorities as required by law.

6. Payments

Services may be suspended for non-payment. Cloudmitra Private Limited is not liable for losses due to service suspension caused by delayed payments.

7. Actions by Cloudmitra

Violations of these terms may result in suspension, termination, or legal action. Leadchainsystems Pvt. Ltd. is the final authority on violations.

8. IRC Usage

Internet Relay Chat (IRC) servers or bots are not allowed due to security concerns.

9. Anti-Piracy

HRMTree services may not be used to distribute pirated or illegal software or media. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

10. Income Disclaimer

Leadchainsystems Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee any income or earnings. Results depend on individual effort.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

All services are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime via the control panel. Services remain active until the prepaid term ends.

12. Changes to Terms

Leadchainsystems Pvt. Ltd. may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
